This capability will allow you to join a video conference from your device or utilise a room endpoint to join the call (note uses QR codes that need to be applied to the endpoint). 1.We are now quicker finding your conference calls in your calendar
2.You choose which calendars to search for conference calls
3.To schedule conference calls, tap Schedule Meetings to copy the joining details, schedule a meeting in the Calendar app as normal and paste the joining instructions in your meeting invite.
4.iPhone 4S has a cleaner interface to make it easier to tap the conference call you want to join. 1.5.2 04/20/2015 1) VMA 1.5 features a new user interface based on the IOS7 flat design guidelines.
2) Group dial-out with a single touch button: Create one or more groups of participants and dial-out to all participants in a group using a single tough button.
3) WebEx Integration: VMA 1.5 will identify WebEx meetings in your calendar and display them within the application. This version makes it possible for a user to view and open meetings in WebEx from the VMA application.
4) Automatic joining: VMA 1.5 will remind the user of the start of a meeting even if the application is closed and the user can start the meeting with a one touch button. 1.5 05/27/2014 An update that allows opening of the ICS calendar files sent by the VMA app on Outlook, with ability to store or delete the invite, but this release does not have the feature to provide an accept/reject notification to the sender. 1.4.1 12/05/2013 What’s new in this version:
